So I had been composing a post on the topic of Hell in my head for the last few days. Imagine my delight, when I discovered that the Boar's Head Tavern had gone and got into the conversation while I was away for the weekend.

American Evangelical churches have learned a lot about innovation from contemporary marketers. The results have usually ranged from annoying to painful, as they've generally forgotten that church is about loving and serving one another, not about packing the pews full of as many warm bodies as possible. (Funny how churches are the fullest when the center of attention is a cold body, but thats a whole 'nother post...)
